The TGB4045 is the classic Numatic TwinTec 24V battery model. Features include a Structofoam tilting brush deck, polyform tanks, fully sealed gel batteries, built in battery charger, heavy duty TwinFlo wet pick-up vacuum system and heavy duty geared brush drive.
Although designed for medium sized applications, compact doesn't always mean you have to compromise. Numatic's TGB4045G is ideal for use in sports centres, community centres and factories but the compact size also allows it to work in enclosed and compact areas such as corridors.

FlexiFill Tank
Allows for easy and quick filling and emptying of the heavy duty clean and dirty water polyform tanks.
Prior to use, simply fill the machine from any tap using the machines flexible fresh water hose, making note of the maximum fill line.
After use, just drain the contents of the fresh and dirty water tanks using the flexible hoses down a drain, minimising after-use clean up and preventing any spillages.

Structofoam Tilting Brush Deck
Tilting brush deck makes changing brush and pads single-handedly quick and easy when moving onto a different floor type, simply twist to lock your brush or pad securely onto the motor.
Prevents the machines weight wearing out the brushes and pads when the machine is stored or moved location.

Simple controls and low noise
Seperate and easy on / off trigger controls for the main machine and sqeegee tool at rear, simply start the machine by holding handles and release the handles to stop.
Planetary gearbox offers low noise output while also being a longlife, oil filled, low load gearbox.

The TGB4045G comes with maintenance free, fully sealed gel batteries which ensure the highest possible standard of operational life.

Stainless steel chassis allows the machine to be rust resistant and provide you with a long lasting machine.
Made of structofoam, a superb strength and impact resistant material which allows the TT4045G to be rugged yet lightweight at the same time as preventing scuffs to the chassis and being chemical resistant.
The built in TwinFLo vacuum motor provides exceptional wet pick up while the machine in is use.
